Nanotechnology has shown many attractive features. In the field of anti-corrosive coatings, nanoparticles have been investigated heavily as corrosion inhibitors but their commercial use is limited. In this post we provide an overview of the challenges related to the use of nanoparticles in commercial anti-corrosive coatings.
